As a Back of House team member, you will help ensure we provide good quality food and have a safe and clean environment for the team and the guest. You will help support the Back of House team by preparing and assembling food quickly and accurately and maintaining a food safe environment. You must be able to work as a team at a fast pace.

We are looking for both part-time and full-time team members. You must be available for a variety of weekdays from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on both Friday and Saturday. Perks of being a Chick-fil-A team member include flexible hours, competitive pay and a positive atmosphere.

Paid Time Off - (full time only). At the completion of your first year with Chick-fil-A you will be eligible for PTO averaging your hours throughout the year up to 40 hours.

401 K- (full time only): You will be eligible to contribute towards a 401k account after one year of service. Match contributions are available upon eligibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Availability must range anytime from 1p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Must have food handlers certificate
• Must have non-slip/slip-resistant shoes upon employment
