Sirius Staffing is seeking a
Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Mobile, AL. The Project Manager will Interface with finance, production, materials, and procurement personnel to support the planning of projects, monitor project progress, and maintain project files.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Liaison with Sales to ensure a clear scope of work and prepare accurate business cases and commercial proposals.
- Plan and monitor projects to ensure on-time, quality, budget, and timely submission of contract data deliverables.
- Utilize the company’s ERP system to report on profitability.
- Maintain & update Customer database (fleet changes, personnel changes, etc.)
- Maintain & update the Programs database to track the status of proposals, purchase orders, milestone dates, and other contract requirements.
- Assist with sales presentations, technical proposals, and risk management registers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, or related
- Minimum 5 years experience in a high-paced dynamic work environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in aviation programs, particularly aircraft maintenance and systems integration.
- Experience working with US Government programs, experience with classified programs is a plus.
- Experience working in an international organization is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
Demonstrated Capabilities:
- Highly organized individual able to work with no supervision and have a strong record of consistent success exercising sound judgment and independence.
- Good organization skills to prioritize, multi-task, and plan work activities using time efficiently.
- Must be able to walk around, squat, bend, and stand regularly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Bilingual preferred in English and Spanish.
