Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals in our Service Department!

The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR:

• Generate service repair orders
• Motivate Service Technicians
• Close out customer invoices
• Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills
• Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record
• Make recommendations based on time and mileage
• Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
