Every employee at our dealership is absolutely critical to our success. We are seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor with a winning attitude to join our team.

The ideal candidate has some post-secondary automotive training and at least 2 years of dealer level or large facility experience. He or she has an unrestricted driver's license and a strong technical and customer service performance record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Works with customers to schedule service work, advise customers on additional services required, estimate cost of repairs and time frame needed
• Communicate between customer and techs on customer concerns and time frames
• Be able to explain complex repairs to customers in a way that the customer understands what needs to be done
• Responsible for following their vehicles through the shop
• Keep customer informed through the whole process and achieve a high CSI score

Hours

• Monday -Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with a Saturday rotation

Qualifications

• Working Knowledge of the industry.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
