Obsessively Organized Service Advisor Needed

Braxton Automotive is trusted in Atlanta for getting it right when folks bring their
foreign cars in. The first person they’ll meet is you, our new
Service Advisor.
Your job is to translate complex technical lingo into something that makes sense to
the customer.
You also need to translate when a customer says
“it’s going clang vrrrrp grrrkk” into
something our technicians understand.
Then you have to set realistic expectations.
This is the kind of job that’s perfect for the guy or gal who loves interacting with
people.
Maybe you have a background in sales.
Perhaps you’ve mastered the art of being a customer service rep.
If you require every day to be different from the one before…we have your next job.

You’ll be making between $60K and $80K/year
