Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and ask probing questions to understand their needs
• Show customers vehicles that meet their needs, providing professional demonstrations of vehicle features, and organize test drives
• Be the vehicle expert – stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Bring your ‘A game’ and a positive attitude with you every day

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule availability is a must
• Experience working in customer service environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous automotive sales experience is helpful, but not necessary
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Eagerness to learn dealership best practices and new product in’s & out’s
• Persuasive with the ability to understand and overcome customer objections
• Ability to be successful in a commission sales environment
• Bilingual is a plus!
