Wright Way Hyundai has an open position for an energetic Internet / BDC Representative. Our Sales Management Team works closely with our Internet / BDC Representatives to ensure the success of every team member by providing ongoing one-on-one mentoring, coaching, and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handle all incoming internet, email, phone, text, and chat leads promptly and document progress in the CRM the system • Work with customers to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration with a salesperson • Maintains customer records and updates online leads. • Speak directly with customers to assist with all inquiries and issues • Proactively follow up with prospective customers and return email, voicemail, and text messages • Contact and reschedule no-show Customer appointments. • Assist with other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive dealership Internet / BDC Department or Retail Sales Call Center environment. • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday • Quality customer service skills • Ford dealership experience is not required but is a huge plus • Superior communication skills, both oral and written • Must be detailed oriented • Strong email and phone presence is necessary • Exceptional leadership skills • Outstanding organizational skills • Working rotating shifts and weekends is required • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
