In the developer role, you will create outlines and write hands-on procedures for technical training materials that help people get jobs, keep jobs, get better jobs, and ultimately improve their lives. The skills gap in industry is real – great paying jobs go vacant because applicants don’t have the skills needed. You’ll find us in colleges, vocational schools, high schools and industry alike. Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to create training outlines and hands-on procedures for both new and updated products.
• Work directly with technical writers who will transform your outlines into fully refined training systems.
• Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added – and we have a lot of projects!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Controls Engineering, or Electrical Technology
• Industrial automation experience: 5 years
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Master’s degree a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
