Very successful, high volume, high quality, recently expanded auto collision repair shop looking for an experienced Estimator. Our shop has DRP contracts with 7 of the top 8 insurance companies in NJ. Shop currently has 25 employees and repairs approximately 40 vehicles per week. Primary responsibilities for this position will be working with customers on the front-end, writing estimates, assigning jobs to Repair Technicians and conducting quality checkpoints throughout repair phases. DRP experience is a big plus. We work with State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, USAA, Geico, New Jersey Manufacturers and Plymouth Rock. Experience estimating with CCC One required. Very competitive pay (based on experience) with medical benefits, dental/vision/life insurance, 401K with matching. 2 weeks Paid Tme Off. Previous employment at another shop OR insurance company is required. Looking to hire immediately. We have a great team and are looking to add a long term player with excellent growth potential. Unlimited training available thru I-Car's Gold Class program and OEM certifications.
