Qualifications

  • Required Education – JD
  • Actively barred in: Washington, California or Alaska
  • Additional bar in any of the following is a plus: Colorado, Texas, Utah, Hawaii, or Arizona
  • Knowledge of Debt Collection Regulations in applicable states is a plus
  • Knowledge of Federal Debt Collection Regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work from headquarters located in Bellevue, WA
  • Make regular remote court appearances on behalf of our clients
  • Conduct legal research and writing
  • Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
  • Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
