Associate Manager of Brand Marketing

SUMMARY

The Associate Manager of Brand Marketing is responsible for leading branding efforts and activation in multiple key areas of the business that include employee engagement/retention marketing, off-premise marketing, creative development for field and franchisees and production management across all channels.

This position manages agency relationships, maintenance of brand standards, design and development of Red Robin content and works cross-functionally to create impactful marketing programs that contribute to bottom line profit across all platforms.

**This position is hybrid remote. The ideal candidate would reside in Colorado and be able to travel to the Restaurant Support Center in Englewood, CO as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Member engagement and retention marketing in direct partnership with HR and Operations:
    • HR & Restaurant Support Center marketing requests
    • Recruitment marketing and messaging in partnership with HR
    • Team Member experience (onboarding, merchandise, etc.)
    • Team Member apparel and uniforms
    • Leadership & internal conference/meetings

  • Work closely with the Field Marketing team and Franchisees to design and execute against regional marketing initiatives:
    • Write and communicate briefs for use by internal teams and external partners that distill customer insights, business objectives, and success criteria into actionable creative development.
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and toolkits to support the brand and strategic initiatives.
    • Manage agency partners to ensure overall brand cohesiveness through campaign and brand style guides, creative integration on multi-agency projects, etc.
    • Manage marketing budget across areas of responsibility

  • Off-Premise Marketing:
    • Responsible for marketing plan ideation, alignment and implementation for key business transformation initiatives including off-premise (catering, delivery, to-go, virtual brands).

  • Production:
    • Oversees the agency’s creation of production, art, photo, video, and layout design.
    • Assist in the coordination of photoshoots and video shoots including schedules, shot lists review/feedback, approvals, ongoing usage right management, etc.
    • Owns Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring all assets are current and on brand, working with cross-functional teams to distribute new assets and provide assets based on specific needs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required – Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business Administration
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or related field required
  • Previous restaurant / hospitality / retail experience strongly preferred
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels, local restaurant marketing, sales building programs and content development
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities and initiatives across internal & external stakeholders with minimal supervision

Compensation Range: $62,800.00 - $86,350.00
