The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness is seeking a personable associate Doctor that has a passion for providing their patients with personalized Chiropractic care and enthusiasm for helping the Dublin, Ohio community by teaching and educating others on the importance of prevention and Chiropractic care.

No cap to salary! Our Doctors’ compensation is significantly above the national average on Associate DC pay. Compensation percentage increases with Doctor’s collection total. No cap to compensation. No limit to paid time off. Eligible for 401(k) American Funds Retirement Vehicle with up to a 4% Employer Match and a 5% Profit Sharing Pension Plan.

Our Doctors receive a 9% bonus annually!

Our next Doctor should:

• Plan to learn how to refine an EHR S.O.A.P. note in order to pass and win an insurance audit or appeal;
• Desire to take control of one’s income, avoiding a limited salary-pay arrangement or a cap to one’s income;
• Desire to be a team player alongside a group of three other Doctors ready to help our newest team member succeed;
• Receive compensation for rehabilitation and licensed massage/manual therapy alongside Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy;
• Be ready to learn how to professionally and effectively obtain new patients from reputable community outreach events and lunch-n-learn presentations;
• Be ready to learn the key principles of turning a new patient into a lifelong patient of preventive Chiropractic care.

Our facility is perfectly designed and decorated. We are a free-standing 8,000 square foot building directly in the center of a professional office park. Our clinic is complete with its own rehabilitation, massage, and marketing departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
