Base Salary Range: $136,600.00 - $170,800.00

Target Total Cash Range: $218,560.00 - $273,280.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

Job Purpose

The Assoc Director – Capacity will be responsible for managing capacity by plant and by line- being the source of truth for production capacity in a line level. The Assoc Director – Capacity should know where bottlenecks are in plants and critical lines- being able to manage and define investments (debottleneck processes and upholding related to performance improvement) to optimize and mitigate production constrains. The Assoc Director – Capacity will work with cross-functional teams (eg: logistics- network design- maintenance- and CAPEX engineering) to identify opportunities- implement corrective and preventive measures- update management system routines/chapters/content- build a clear map about where to invest to improve attainment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Build the Capacity file to manage productions capability by plant- by line- and by critical SKUs. (20%)
  • Collaborate with logistics team to optimize and mitigate production constraints. (25%)
  • Collaborate with maintenance and CAPEX engineering to prioritize investments which can boost performance improvement. (20%)
  • Build/Manage a clear map about where to invest to improve attainment- having the prioritization list ready to be executed and aligned with plants and POD leads. (25%)
  • Analyze data and scenarios to discuss with network design team and BUs the right initiatives to build capability for the SKUs we will have capacity constrains in the future- with long-term actions. (10%)

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Experience in operations management- with a focus on performance improvement or logistics.
  • Experience with all the metrics and breakdown of OEE concept.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and managing maintenance/CAPEX budgets.
  • Excellent leadership- communication and interpersonal skills- with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally- this role requires 5 days/week 40 hours.
