About the Role
What You'll Do
- Craft compelling, inspiring, platform concepts that can extend across multiple channels - especially owned channels (CRM).
- Set the visual tone/direction of campaigns
- Challenge the digital status quo by building ideas that: hack platforms, use existing tech in exciting ways, and allow the brand to appear in the world both physically and digitally
- Provide creative direction and feedback on projects with external agency partners
- Run internal teams on projects
- Design ideas that can work globally and scale locally
- Ensure quality is high in all aspects of execution
- Sell and present ideas to cross functional and senior team members
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a designer or art director for an advertising agency or in-house for a global brand
- Hold a degree in design, communications, marketing, advertising; or equivalent
- A portfolio of compelling digital, conceptual and brand oriented work
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Figma, Bloc, Adobe suite application, and Google Suit
- Familiar with digital marketing standard processes specifically in Email, in-app, SMS/PUSH, paid social and display channels
- User-centered design and strategy with different audiences (B2B, consumer, enterprise)
- Understand how to scale ideas globally
- Experience in leading junior teams
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment
- Proficiency extending ideas above and below the line

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $164,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $164,000 per year.
