One of our expanding Estate Planning and Litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney or junior partner to fill a new position. The candidate must possess a minimum of a strong academic background at least two years of some type of litigation experince. The right candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team-like setting, have strong research and analytical skills, excellent writing skills and comfortable appearing before the court.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting estate and trust plans.
• Review, analyze, and interpret trusts and estate.
• Estate administration.
• Prepare Adult guardianship applications.
• Assisting with all aspects of estate and fiducairy litigation.
• Analyze financial data.
• Create documentation to support case positions.
• Prepare pleadings on behalf of clients.
• Prepare written motions and briefs.
• Prepare and analyze discovery demands and responses .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
