Assisted Living Sales & Life Enrichment Director (Full-Time)
Columbus, OH
Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an Assisted Living Sales & Life Enrichment Director to oversee AL Sales and resident service at three of our
Columbus Area Cranberry Park Assisted Livings (Mill Run Care, New Albany, and Riverview).
In this role, the selected candidate will create sales leads from the community, and manage the sales process for the assigned ALs to achieve occupancy targets. Assists with marketing initiatives to create sales leads. Provides tours to prospective residents and their family members as needed. The selected candidate will also oversee the resident life for the centers including activities and events, and assuring that the service needs of residents are met on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals is required, with prior Assisted Living sales experience a plus
- Must be self-motivated, organized and professional
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to work various hours as needed to meet demands of position
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
