Building trusted working partnerships with colleagues in each of the Schools and the College, the Office of Learning Resources, the Office of Advising Initiatives, and the Student Success and Persistence Team will be critical to supporting an effective, comprehensive approach to student success. The ideal candidate has a strong student success philosophy that is evident in their leadership record, is a savvy user of technology, is committed to proactive thinking and communication, partnerships and collaboration, and creative and evidence-driven problem-solving.
