We are working with a fast-growing Developer/Builder doing ground-up multifamily construction. The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on the job site
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule
• Review and approve submittals and shop drawings
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role
• 2+ years in a construction management position (residential or commercial)
• Multifamily experience (a plus)
• Ability to travel to new projects (a plus)
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
