OVERVIEW
Support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager in executing action plans to drive sales performance within a team
environment. Our Assistant Sales Managers assist customers’ issues while maintaining a positive attitude to achieve
the highest quality of customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will be developed and empowered to take
responsibility for additional duties to prepare you for the next step in your career.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years of sales supervisory experience
● Experience in optical/clinical fields desired
● Detail-oriented
● Critical thinker
● Eligibility to work: Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship
● Additional Language is a plus (Spanish)
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
● Assertive and effective communication skills
● Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends), travel for training, etc., as needed
● Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Drive top line sales by supporting the team with the execution of business strategies
● Support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager by leading the team through business plans and
objectives
● Assist with the execution of customer satisfaction strategies and own solutions delivery to the customer
escalations
● Foster consistency with business operating policies and procedures
● Collaborate with the completion of day-to-day administration duties
● Create partnerships between the retail, clinical, and lab sides of the operation
● Contribute to the ongoing learning culture for successful performance of the team
● Utilize reporting data for business performance updates and realignment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
