Assistant Property Manager
Job description
We are a growing affordable housing company seeking wonderful people to join the team. Right now, our company is searching for a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager for our property in Palestine, TX to join our team. The preferred applicant will have property leasing or management experience. We are looking for a reliable candidate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assist the property manager with various tasks, and assist tenants with concerns/questions. Candidates must have customer service and administrative experience, possess strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license required.
This is a 25-hour/week position.
