A fast-growing real estate company currently is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to join our management team! We are looking for someone who has the drive to grow with our expanding business with high energy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to home improvements.
• Have good attendance, reliability with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work full time 40 hours per week.
• Answer phone calls and email correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Inspect properties and arrange for maintenance.
• Fill in for General Manager in times of absence.
• Support team members and provide accountability.
• Develop good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Improve workplace efficiency and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

• College degree (preferred)
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with tenants, technicians, and contractors.
• Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee technicians.
• Attention to detail to ensure projects are completed thoroughly and correctly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
