Desoto Auto Mall, in Arcadia, FL, is a full-line Ford and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram dealership seeking a full-time Automotive Assistant Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working person able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently.

Assistant Office Manager Essential Duties:

  • Provide accurate HR-related administration and record-keeping for all dealership employees
  • Ensures that all manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, interest and protection are current and accurate
  • Assists in completion of annual review/audit
  • Ensures compliance with all government regulations
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal
  • Maintains confidential employment files
  • Budgeting, acquiring, distributing and storing supplies
  • Other tasks as assigned

Assistant Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Two Years General Ledger Accounting Experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation-based communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Accounting or Business Administration degree preferred
  • Valid US Driver's License
