101 is looking for the person to join our Columbus store management team! Our ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and grow while also coaching their team and providing genuine hospitality to guests.

Our corporate office is located in Powell, OH with Ohio stores located in Dublin, Gahanna, and Westerville; Indiana stores are located in Fishers and Carmel. Since our founding in 2012, we have grown from 50 employees to more than 200 and have remained profitable despite a pandemic that has left many in our industry not as fortunate. Our company is privately held with no outside investors which has enabled us to be lean and flexible during this challenging time. We are now back in growth mode and ready to add to our Team!

Responsibilities

· Assist General Manager with implementation of company-wide initiatives, systems & processes

· Support store efforts of financial responsibility, invoice processing, and hitting company targets through careful management of product and people

· Assist in strategic planning & grass-roots marketing efforts

· Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training the team to be the best of the best in hospitality

· Communication of important information and training of team members

· Maintain high customer service levels

Qualifications

· Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Business Management preferred

· 1+ years of Manager experience preferred

· Ability to organize, plan & execute independently

· Effective communication with subordinates and leadership

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Analytical mindset & ability to problem solve

· Strong leadership & decisioning making ability

· Quantitative aptitude & experience in managing P&L statements

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
