Duties and responsibilities

• Leads the sales team and focuses on growing the membership program.
• Assist with training and developing employees.
• Understands the functionality of equipment and computers.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on all equipment.
• Deals directly with all customer concerns, questions, and complaints.
• Performs required administrative duties which include processing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that safety and security are emphasized and practiced.
• Take responsibility when the GM is offsite.

Minimum Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Conduct all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.
• Must be able to work opening and closing shifts.
• Minimum 18 years of age

Schedule

• Hours of operation are 8am - 7pm M-Sat. 9am - 6pm Sun.
• Two days (back to back) and some half days off each week!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
