Assistant Manager

A premier car wash company in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a full time Assistant Manager to help operate our multi-million-dollar location.

The Assistant Manager would have the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations of an express tunnel car wash that includes but not limited to:

· Recruit, develop and motivate teams to deliver the company’s vision, customer experience and financial strategies for the site.

· Ensure training of team members and evaluate team member performance and set goals.

· Promote sales, manage expenses, and maximize profitability.

· Maintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance at the location.

· Oversee preventative maintenance programs.

· Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate record and documentation as required.

· Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures and processes.

· Responsible for always ensuring professional appearance and attitude.

Ideal candidate is someone who:

· Has previously held a management role.

· Is not a “Desk Person” but who likes being on their feet interacting with people.

· Likes working in an outdoor environment year-round.

· Someone who can work 40-45 hours per week including some weekends

Skills:

· High school education or equivalent; some college preferred

· Knowledge of car wash business preferred but not required.

· Previous management experience

· Mechanical aptitude

· Proven leadership skills

· Strong communication skills

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must be able to life at least 75lbs

· Must be able to work some weekends.
