Assistant General Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Who will you be working for?
We’re working with a great new concept who have received a ton of positive press and excellent reviews for their first two locations, and with a third location opening soon they have an exciting opening in their team. The concept is fast casual in a full-service setting, big on vibes and they have a ton of room for growth for the right candidate with a strong drive, willingness to hustle and who can be a cohesive part of their growing team.
What does the ideal Assistant General Manager look like?
- Has stable experience with 2+ years in a management role, preferably in a full-service setting
- Prior high-volume experience will be essential
- Experienced with scheduling, ordering, inventory, and big bonus if you have had experience with budgets and P&L’s or BOH operations
- Must possess a great attitude and a flexibility to be adaptable to changes on the fly
- A desire to actively contribute within the organization and helping to grow the brand
