Job description

We are looking for an experience AGM to join our team, who are self-motivated with high energy and have a strong desire in providing a superior guest service experience. Idea candidates MUST have prior serving restaurant experience. We provide flexible scheduling, but are currently looking for an individual with Day and/or nights and weekend availability is a must. AGM's can serve and make their own tips.

Responsibilities

• Available days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Meets job expectations to positively impact restaurant sales & performance.
• Supports goals, decisions & direction of the General Manager.
• Follows company guidelines for food and cash controls.
• Ensure proper use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Provide direction and feedback to Team Members during shifts.
• Schedule employee breaks and assign duties.
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences.
• Train and coach new Team Members
• Check cash drawers and prepare server checkouts.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
• Other duties apply.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or relevant supervisor role.
• Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Working well within a team.
• Leadership skills and ability to make good decisions quickly.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Tech-Savy is preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Knowledge of Toast (POS) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
