The ADON is responsible for supporting the DON with the the day-to-day inspiration and motivation to create clinical and administrative oversight leading to superior levels of care and compassion that every one of our residents deserves in our 70 bed skilled nursing building with short stay rehab, long term care and advanced memory support. Additionally, this position would have oversight for our wound care program as well as our Quality Assurance program.

Requirements:- Graduate of approved RN program; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from accredited college or university preferred
- Five years in geriatric and/or post acute care nursing with at least 3 years in supervisory/management nursing role and at least 1 year experience in memory care
- Current RN licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona
- CPR Certification required
