• Compile information and records to prepare and input purchase orders for procurement of materials and service.
• Responsible for correspondence between suppliers and departments originating requests.
• International purchase order coordination
• Maintain approved supplier list.
• Coordinate vendor managed inventory program.
• Understanding of Material Requirements planning.
• Utilize MRP to identify requirements for order fulfilment, safety stock requirements and new product introductions.
• Positive attitude and ability to professionally communicate and interact with other employees and our vendors.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• 2 years related experience or equivalent in Purchasing or a related field.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required to work with customers/auditors and to provide guidance to employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
