Ideally, you'll have previous related retail experience. You'll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and the ability to learn, differentiate, and retain information regarding product lines/locations and operate the baler/compactor, pallet jacks, case cutter, and marking gun is also important. Department Managers will need to be available nights, weekends, and holidays, and night crew associates must be at least 18 years of age.
