Large Global Medical Device Manufacturing company in Arvada is seeking assemblers to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a company that offers great opportunities for advancement and offers great benefits!

Description: The mechanical assembler plays a key role in assembling parts and components used in the manufacture or research and development of medical devices. The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in assembly, be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand and power tools, and comfortable reading blueprints and schematics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly of parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria
  • Accurately update systems, such as ERP and Excel logs, to record transactions and information relevant to each inspection
  • Work under general supervision, complete varied tasks to include assembly, and/or packaging of product, handling material, and/or operating manufacturing equipment
  • Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of partially assembled or finished medical devices

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Knowledge with a variety of basic hand tools
  • Comfortable working with computers and web-based systems to input, access, modify, or out put information
  • Ability to write effectively, read and understand work documents, and communicate information clearly to team
  • Experience working from blueprints/schematics/drawings
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment
  • Assembly experience

Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 6AM-4:30PM (M-F) - $19/HR (will work 50 hours/week with some Saturdays)

Experience Level:

1 year of assembly experience
