Job Summary:
This position is a trade skill, and while specific training will be provided, it will require strong mechanical skill and logical capabilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Learn to set up and operate Wire Form machines.
- Prepare and maintain setup information.
- Identify problems and make improvements (root cause analysis).
- Maintain tooling and equipment related to Wire Form operations.
- Review, investigation and completion of required daily documentation.
- Assure good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices.
- Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform quality checks on parts utilizing the proper instruments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and over time when required to meet customer demand.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on quality work.
- Committment and desire to learn.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Blueprint Reading GD&T preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
