Job description:

  • Responsible for installation, training, and maintenance of all kinds of laser systems.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on prototype development.
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Interacting with customers, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the company.
  • Answering customer questions in a timely manner and providing feedback and other information to the company.
  • Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
  • Gathering data, compilating reports and delivering presentations to customers and company.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to managers and supervisors on a regular basis.
  • Establishing relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment.
  • Windows or IOS literate.
  • Practical experience using CAD and AutoCAD software.
  • Having basic electronics knowledge and the ability to use basic measurement instruments and electronics testing equipment.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
  • The ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
