POSITION SUMMARY:

The Application Support Analyst role provides Tier 2 level of support on our internal business applications. The role partners with the business and technical staff to complete application projects. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, connecting with end users, and providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Degree in information technology, or a related field is required.
• 0-2 years of business application technical support experience is preferred.
• Proven experience supporting mission critical applications.
• Basic knowledge of Windows desktop, server operating system, and relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to understand systems and become a subject matter expert of certain applications is highly desired.
• Experience running scripts and supporting testing for releases.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard
  potential.
• Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.

The compensation range for this position is $24.00-31.00 per hour depending on experience.
