Job description
Assists anesthesia team in preparation of and maintenance of anesthesia related equipment.
Prepares rooms before and between cases by cleaning the anesthesia machine and equipment, changing the anesthesia circuits, and setting up equipment.
Gathers and disposes of anesthesia trash.
Replenishes anesthesia supplies and transports anesthesia equipment.
Acts as liaison for sales and service representatives.
Reports any equipment issues/ concerns to appropriate person.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent
- Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
