Hello Beautiful People! We own & operate Airbnb’s in Florida. These 2 are in Jacksonville. We need someone local who we can trust.

We are hiring for a house keeper. The obligations would be

• Cleaning the property after every check in & preparing it for the next guests
• Washing the linen and returning it
• Taking into account of any missing or broken items & report them immediately with photos & videos if needed
• Making sure garbage is collected
• Keeping track of inventory
• Receiving deliveries for restock items (we must be able to safely ship items to your home)
• Local in case of property emergencies
• Replace smart lock batteries 3V CR123A Lithium Batteries
• Change Air filter

We are a small company and you will be dealing with me directly maybe at times coordinating with maintenance people.

Must Haves

• Smart Phone (can take clear photos, download apps)
• Your own reliable transportation
• Cleaning supplies (you may use mine but not depend on strictly them)
• Available 11am-3pm everyday
• Cash App Preferably
• Valid ID & W9

Good To Have

• Professional Cleaning Experience
• Experience with google calendar
• Experience with Airbnb

I’m hoping to meet someone trustworthy, reliable, attention to detail, & can take healthy critique. The goal is to provide our visitors with the absolute best experience on their vacation with a high emphasis on being super clean.

Your schedule will vary with check ins & check outs. Some people stay 2 nights, some stay 2 weeks. Our average stay is 2.2 nights which is about 2x - 3x a week for 2 units which makes the general expectation is you will be resetting a house 4x -6x a week. Normal cleanings take 45 min - 90 min. If we have destructive guests you will be paid the flat fee with an additional $200 with proof of excessive cleaning (pictures of ashes, several broken items, etc) and a professional invoice. I can help guide you for these.

This will make a perfect side job or a job you can do while still watching the kids as long as you can get the job done to it’s full capacity. Last house keeper was paid last year for these properties $22,426

The home is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 910 square feet Duplex. Both units are on Airbnb.

The Pay
Every time the house is fully booked you will get $70 to reset the home for the next guests.

Garbage goes out every Tuesday, make sure the can is not wandering in the street as well as have the immediate area clean.
