You will provide our AG Dealer Network with support for both Parts and Service information and assistance to help troubleshoot issues with the repair of Versatile Equipment. You will provide Dealers with Training of their technicians. This position liaises with our company's Engineering, Territory Managers and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvements. A company vehicle, cell phone and laptop are provided.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide Dealers with total Aftermarket Support assistance
• Assist the Publications department in developing kit instructions, bulletins, campaigns, as well as updating Operator’s and Service Manuals
• Perform dealer warranty audits
• Work with Engineering and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvements
• Assist the Service Parts with Dealer inquiries and related information
• Provide immediate on site emergency travel to assist and advise on the repair for non operating units
• Participate in regular service and sales meetings
• Provide Dealer technicians with service training
• Attend and assist with farm shows

Qualifications:

• Mechanic Journeyman Certificate, (Farm or Construction). will also consider Mechanical Technologists
• Five (5) or more years experience repairing farm equipment or other similar large mobile equipment
• A good knowledge base on electrical, hydraulics and mechanical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers and software
• Must be able to travel throughout several states as required
