Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with outstanding experience in sales, team management and superior customer service. Would be great if candidates have experience with our services- Laser Hair Removal, Skin Treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Create a structured business plan every month to hit set sales goals
• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on the services we offer.
• Promote and recommend treatment packages
• Actively seek client referrals and reviews
• Answer phones and schedule clients appointments if needed
• Resolving client concerns in a professional manner.
• Training new employees if needed
• Complete employee work schedules
• Accountable for steff meeting all sales goals
• Maintain a clean and safe spa environment,
• Promote an organized, positive, and motivating work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Prior management/supervisory experience in Spa Setting
• Experience with customer service
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Present interest in the aesthetics industry, especially Laser Hair Removal
• Intermediate computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
