We are currently accepting applications for a creative, motivated and dynamic RN to be our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is a FT/Exempt team member position.

Richfield Health Center - Roanoke has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN looking for career advancement in a growing company. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Management team in establishing goals and developing systems to ensure quality nursing care for our long term care, Memory Care and rehabilitation residents.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with senior population(s) within a senior living community.
• Current, active RN license in the state of VA
• 3-5 years management experience in a long-term care setting
• Acute care experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Possess excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations and state survey process required.
• Infection Control Preventionist preferred, or must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
