Under the direction of the Dean of Apprenticeships and Employer Partnerships, this position will provide direct student support, including advising apprentices and third-party contract students. They will assist with job placement efforts for qualified individuals and support the college’s Cooperative Work Experience program. Position will serve as the primary point of contact for students, employers, parents, and other customers with college processes and procedural issues and provide overall administrative support for the Division of Apprenticeships and Employer Partnerships, including data entry of employer contracts, financial and budget support, document creation, and routine data reviews.


This position requires a high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services, or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience. Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an associate degree and four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
