Scope:
Global investment banking firm located in Century City seeks an administrative coordinator to assist the Compliance team with data entry, filing, scanning, updating various systems, and handling routine projects. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Licensing & Registration. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office/2 days working remotely after training has been completed). This is a Temp to Perm position.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data entry into the Compliance Department Employee Portal
  • Data entry into Salesforce, StarCompliance or similar trade surveillance systems
  • Filing of confidential documents
  • Moving online files to other online folders
  • Heavy scanning and lifting
  • Opening department mail
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets, running system reports
  • Assist with various reports and projects
  • Various other adhoc requests as needed
Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a regulated or highly confidential setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • StarCompliance or similar trade surveillance systems a plus
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
