- Maintain College financial records.
- Research, analyze, project, and generate reports for presentation and collaborate on solutions and/or alternatives to budget, enrollment, workload, and schedule issues.
- Responsible for the initiation and analysis of the college budget for review, control, reporting, problem solving, and budget recommendations on income, expenditures, and reductions.
- Cost out the academic year course schedule and project part-time faculty cost, enrollment targets, and faculty workload.
- Generate budget, schedule, enrollment, and workload reports; make recommendations on information provided.
- Present and explain report information in detail to upper administration, Dean, faculty, staff, college and ad hoc committees as required.
- Research, organize and track college reimbursements and expenses from the University, grants, and outside sources.
- Analyze department expenses and project year-end expenses, work with chairs and support staff on budget and expenditure analysis.
- Generate reports on College budgets and notify department chairs, program coordinators, and Dean when there are discrepancies or short falls.
- Prepare mid-year budget review and annual budget reports for the Dean, Academic Affairs, and the University Budget Office.
- Evaluate college accounts and track transactions, allocations, and expenses.
- Approve funding allocations for electronic requisitions and travel expenses.
- Approve student assistant time for payment
- College contact for information requests from upper administration and multiple campus departments about budget, schedule, enrollment, workload, personnel, accreditation, department, and program issues or concerns.
- Incumbent works directly with the College Assessment Coordinator, under the direction of the Dean, as the staff coordinator for all COEKSW accreditation efforts including database/information development, reports, plans, policies, and interpretation of accreditation standards.
- Independently manage, plan, organize and maintain Accreditation/Assessment website.
- Submit reports related to the accreditation process as needed.
- Collaborate with undergraduate and graduate assessment coordinators regarding assessment timelines and reporting.
- Maintain document files as needed for ongoing accreditation and assessment efforts.
- Plan and create online assessments each semester on behalf of MSCP, SSCP and ESCP.
- Provide Chair and coordinators with results of assessments within a few days of assessment due dates.
- Create ad hoc reports for Dean, Chair and coordinators.
- Create other assessments, evaluations and surveys as requested by Dean, TED Chair and coordinators.
- Teaching Performance Assessment contact. Perform specialized or general duties including but not limited to: advising management on policies and procedures related to fiscal and budgetary analysis and management, and related operational functions to meet programmatic goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Skilled in the development, analysis, and management of multiple, complex budgets.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and database software.
- Experience with automated financial systems, data query tools, and mail merges. Excel (including pivot tables/charts, linking worksheets, and creating formulas).
- Experience with the development and organization of accreditation and assessment reports for professional programs.
- Technical fluency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite; SharePoint and Knowledge Lake; Oracle- PeopleSoft/CMS baseline information system; Access; or similar maintenance management system; and Google Suite (e.g., Drive, mail & calendaring) programs.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in the development, analysis, and management of multiple, complex budgets.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and database software.

Full-time position available on or after June 20, 2023 for the Department of ED, Kines, Social Work.
Under the general direction of the Dean, incumbent performs lead duties associated with accreditation, assessment, program review, budgeting, financial resource management, strategic planning and college relations. The incumbent serves as a resource to the Dean, department chairs, program coordinators, faculty, staff for academic and nonacademic, grant, and campus departments to insure uniformity and continuity in practices and procedures for the College. Incumbent participates in the development of College policy, procedures, practices and program.

Experience: Minimum of three years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

Salary Range
Anticipated salary will be $4,170 – $4,800 per month plus excellent paid benefits. Salary will depend on the qualifications of the successful finalist. Full-time Administrative Analyst/Specialist, $4,170-$7,545 per month
