Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Basic computer skills, including the use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer-service and maintain an inviting attitude toward incoming patients, stakeholders, visitors, and fellow treatment professionals.
- Communicate and implement scheduling needs of vendors or visitors.
- Assist in patient record keeping.
- Ensure visitors are obtaining appropriate documentation and items.
- Ensure incoming calls are answered and routed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Executives and other Leadership with requested administrative tasks.
- Complete patient intake paperwork for any new patient entering the program.
- Ensures DACODs are completed for all intakes and discharges
- Complete office supply inventory.
- Create patient binders.
- Maintain the office’s daily cleanliness and organization
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage for admission candidates
- Coordinates with admission staff to determine out of pocket costs for prospective patients
- Facilitates patient transportation/pickups
- Assists with duties in the sober living house as needed.
- Use problem solving skills to participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the above tasks (and any unforeseen issues), focusing on addressing any procedural issues within RRRC.
- Assists with observing, collecting, reporting, and facilitating UA and BA screening.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Employee must be of the conviction that alcoholism and drug addictions are treatable illnesses and constitute a public health problem. This employee must sign an oath of permanent confidentiality covering all client-related information. As with all other Red Rock Recovery Center employees, the employee in this position shall have no history or evidence of alcoholism or other drug misuse for a period of six (6) months immediately prior to the date of employment, and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed with Red Rock Recovery Center.
