Overview: The Office Administrator position is a vital part of our team, helping to provide excellent service to our clients/tenants. The right candidate will support our team in every aspect of the administrative operations of our office, to include but not limited to compliance, bookkeeping, reports, invoicing, and technology coordination. This F/T position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities and Duties: While this position will grow and evolve over time, the essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Work with a team on larger projects
  • Coordinate information accurately and timely
  • Successfully prioritize responsibilities
  • Ensure concierge level treatment is experienced by our clients/tenants at every opportunity

Qualifications:

Great Organization Skills. We are a very small office, with many moving parts. Individual is required to be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated team player who is able to keep the office running smoothly.

  • Client/Tenant Service Oriented. Without clients/tenants, we have nothing. We need them to feel valued and important all the time.
  • Team Player. Be service-minded, self-motivated and able to work harmoniously with a diverse group of personalities, contributing to the positive culture of our office.
  • Computer-savvy. A solid comfort level with technology is essential, including at least 2 years of Microsoft Office/Sharepoint. We use AVID and Yardi frequently.
