Tri-State Truck Center is seeking an administrative assistant to join our Memphis, TN family. The right person will assist in the overall daily functions of our dealership. This will include working the switchboard, filing, credit card payments, etc. Applicants must have excellent computer and communication skills and be able to organize their personal workflow.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1-3 years of switchboard/ clerical responsibilities, including data entry, filing, and other miscellaneous clerical functions
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the correct department
• Must be proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must have the ability to communicate with internal staff and management on a wide range of issues and have strong organizational skills
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Open and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Perform other tasks & duties as required.
