Job description
  • Working Hours (include start & end time): flexible-can be 8-9am start time
  • Onsite in Milpitas

List of Responsibilities for this position:

Validate vendor remittance information

Sort and scan incoming hardcopy invoices

Issue asset tags for new asset purchases

  • - Contact suppliers to perform verbal validations of their remittance information, Handle incoming mail, Assist with other administrative responsibilities
  • - Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications) : Proficient with Excel, good communication skills
  • - Nice to Have (preferred skills, experience, qualifications) : SAP experience
  • Education required or preferred? Minimum would be HS graduate
  • Years of experience required or preferred? 3 yrs minimum

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
