  • Maintain, issue and track uniform inventory per audit standards
  • Track, audit and issue ID badges per audit standards.
  • Review signature list weekly for expired ID badges.
  • Schedule and maintain records for DOT physicals.
  • Track and order supplies.
  • Maintain petty cash per audit standards.
  • Maintain and send termination documents to HR.
  • Review Loomis academy for expired training and communicate to supervisors.
  • Make travel arrangement for mine runs and Loomis travelers.
  • Track PO’s and send all invoices to AP.
  • Maintain personal and training records per audit standards.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail including mailing counterfeit bills weekly per audit standards.
  • Work closely with BM, CMS Manager and Operations Manager on any admin issues or light HR issues.
  • Work with HR on light HR issues, post all HR related information in the branch.
  • Maintain, issue and track ammo inventory.
  • Help plan and arrange Loomis family events.
