Eyecare Associates of Nampa is seeking an Administrative Assistant. We’re hiring new team members who are passionate about great service, love to help people and want to be a part of a team that changes lives everyday. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated, attentive and eager to learn.
This is a full-time position with no weekends.
Eyecare Associates of Nampa offers a team-oriented work environment with benefits including:
Monday- 8:30am-5:30pm
Tuesday- rotation every other week- 8:30am-5:30pm, 9:30am-7pm
Wednesday-8:30am-5:30pm
Thursday- 8:30am-5:30pm
Friday- 8am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities
- Office daily deposits
- Entering day sheet daily
- Verifying credit card transactions
- Managing QuickBooks account
- Bank Statements
- Generate checks for incoming bills
- Manage insurance receivables
- Post EFT payments
- Research 90-120+ past due claims
- Assisting with incoming phone calls
- Scheduling patients
- Helping explain benefits to patients
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Experience with QuickBooks (Preferred)
- Medical office experience (Preferred)
- Cash handling experience
- Math skills
- Experience with computers
- Phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
