SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the supervision of the Program Manager, administrative asst. responsibility would be to provide excellent customer service to our patients. You would be responsible for the coordination of care for all patients receiving treatment. Duties/tasks would include, but not limited to: scheduling patient appointment, answering and returning patient phone calls, enforce policy and procedures of Compass Health Services.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Track supplies, order, receive and distribute supplies for staff members.
- Create and Maintain schedules for staff and on-call providers.
- Assume general office duties: distributing mail, faxing, copying, filing, shredding, maintaining, files, and office supplies.
- Process all medication alerts.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum requirement is a 2-year associate degree from an accredited college.
- Experience in a healthcare office setting.
- One to three years computer and general office duties.
- Good clerical and organizational skills.
- Possesses adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
- Effective with both verbal and written communication.
- Able to physically perform basic office duties

WORKING CONDITIONS:Work is performed on CHS premises. Work may require the employee to attend meetings or training's in public places and other facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
