Job description

One of our best clients in Anaheim is looking for an Administrative Assistant, for the project director and all managers. They receive various tasks and the candidate will need to be comfortable in managing different projects at the same time and identifying the priority of each one. Communication and follow up is key.

Duties include:

  • Ordering supplies
  • Working with funder on IT access for her new hires
  • Updating outlook email distribution list
  • Sending packages/mail via different carriers
  • Filing sensitive information for HR Manager
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Sorting and filing paperwork
  • Maintaining conference room clean and organized
  • Ordering lunch
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • 1 - 2 years of experience
  • Comfortable with excel, word, and outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $17.17 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
